Our recipes, including our fondant, are all made from scratch. Celebrations are memories in the making, and we believe that those celebrations deserve a delicious centerpiece to add the perfect touch of sweetness to an already special event. At Carolina's Cupcakes, you'll always get more than just a cake.
How many times have we smelled a certain smell or tasted something in particular and were instantly transported to a different moment in time? Our goal is that one taste of our cupcakes will whisk you back in time when happiness was found in the smallest and simplest pleasures.
Every recipe featured at Carolina's Cupcakes has been prepared with love. We believe that recipes prepared from the heart taste the best. We are honored to serve you and your family and to be a part of your most treasured memories.

Cancellations for custom cakes must be made within 72 hours of promised date and time. If given 72 hours notice for rescheduling, we will do our best to accommodate your new date but our workload/schedule may require we provide your cake 24-48 hours prior to your new date. Once orders are paid in full and confirmed, they are given preferential treatment and we schedule additional incoming orders accordingly. Store credit for full amount will be given for orders under $300. For orders over $301, we will offer Store Credit in the amount of 1/3 of order total. Cash refunds (partial or full) will not be given.
For all Custom orders (including and not limited to weddings) under $500, payment in full is required at time of order to confirm date on our schedule.
For orders over $501, we offer payment option of two installments - half due at the time of order to confirm date on our schedule, and second installment due 90 days prior to event date. Once payment is made, it is nonrefundable. Once an order is on our schedule, we often have to decline future customers for the same date to make your paid order a priority.
As a rule, 48 hours is ideal, unless your order is large, requires fondant, or is artistically complex.
For special events and weddings, the more notice, the better.
Should you need to book a large (over $350) order on a day we are not open, a $100 after- hours fee will be added to the order.
A rush fee may apply to large orders without 24 hours' notice.
We do our very best to accommodate our customers and we understand that last-minute needs arise. Just give us a call to discuss your needs and we will do our best to help.
If you need a cupcake fix and just can't make it to our shop, no worries! We deliver locally! So, if your office needs a sweet midday break or if you and some friends just need a reason to eat cake, fear not... we've got you! Unsure if we deliver to your area? Give us a call!
