Custom Cakes

Cancellations for custom cakes must be made within 72 hours of promised date and time. 

If given 72 hours notice for rescheduling, we will do our best to accommodate your new date but our workload/schedule may require we provide your cake 24-48 hours prior to your new date. Once orders are paid in full and confirmed, they are given preferential treatment and we schedule additional incoming orders accordingly. Store credit for full amount will be given for orders under $300. For orders over $301, we will offer Store Credit in the amount of 1/3 of order total. Cash refunds (partial or full) will not be given.  

For all Custom orders (including and not limited to weddings) under $500, payment in full is required at time of order to confirm date on our schedule.

For orders over $501, we offer payment option of two installments - half due at the time of order to confirm date on our schedule, and second installment due 90 days prior to event date. Once payment is made, it is nonrefundable. Once an order is on our schedule, we often have to decline future customers for the same date to make your paid order a priority. 

As a rule, 1-2 weeks is ideal, unless your order is large, requires fondant, or is artistically complex. If you require a cake for a Saturday, be aware that our schedule fills up quickly so the earlier you order, the better.

For special events and weddings, the more notice, the better. 

Should you need to book a large (over $350) order on a day we are not open, a $100 after- hours fee will be added to the order. 

A rush fee may apply to large orders without 24 hours' notice.
